| All reservations three nights or less require a deposit in the amount of one night. Reservations of four or more nights require a half deposit. |

| Reservations may be cancelled anytime up until ten days prior to the date of arrival, with a twenty-dollar processing fee. Cancellations within ten days of date of arrival will forfeit the full paid deposit amount. |
