is an up-and-coming city after years of decay. There's a
growing
restaurant scene and more visible community pride including restored
buildings, appealing storefronts and nice floral touches. Our
favorite place, to date, is Bushnell Park a 41-acre in-city park with a
great variety of trees, a 1914 carousel and concerts and special
events. It's a true oasis in the middle of a busy city (we do
not
