New England Dining>>> Mike's Mess Hall, Medfield, Mass. Thank You for Serving! Mike's Mess Hall Restaurant, Medfield, Mass. Serves Lunch While Supporting Local Vets Through The American Legion Article by Eric H. Located in the Beckwith Post 110 American Legion Hall, Mike's Mess Hall officially opened to the public on Feb. 15, 2010, with an "All American" selection of angus burgers, hot dogs, marinated grilled chicken, soups and wraps. The food is tasty and cheap and the huge dining room has a classic legion hall look with a long counter, and standalone tables, pool tables, a golf video game, and big screen televisions. Veterans, seniors, local landscapers, business people and many other walks of life frequent Mike's Mess Hall, according to owner Mike Sweeney. "We've seen an increase in business -- it's been great," said Sweeney. A portion of the profiits benefit the American Legion Hall, thus supporting local veterans. We highly recommend trying out Mike's Mess Hall for a nice lunch and the chance to support the American Legion and its veterans. Mike's Mess Hall 110 Peter Kristof Way Medfield, MA 02052 Tel.
