The Amazing Automile in Norwood, MA Tweet by Eric H., lifelong New England native Dominated by a second generation of Boch dealerships (made famous by Ernie Boch, Sr.'s ads telling people to "Come on Down!"), the Automile offers just about every car brand imagineable: Subaru, Mazda, Lexus, Honda, Toyota, Cadillac, Dodge, Chevrolet, Hyundai, Inifiniti, Volkswagen and much more. We bought our last two cars -- a Mazda MPV and a Honda Civic -- on the automile at great prices. The Boch Honda dealership is reflective of what to expect on the automile: state-of-the-art showrooms with improved sales and service (translated: not sleazy) and amenities that make the experience of waiting actually tolerable. At Honda, they have a waiting room with free coffee and muffins, a terrific play area for the kids, and enough periodicals to supply a Barnes and Noble. They have also driven us home while the car is being serviced (five miles away) and offer weekend servicing. This is not your father's car dealership! Ernie Boch, Jr., has really done a fantastic job maintaining and expanding upon his father's auto empire. We've had a few dishonest degenerates try to sell us cars at other Automile dealerships, but for the most part, it's almost like the best of professional corporate America has come to the car showroom on the Automile. Case in point: the new Lexus showroom on Route 1 in Sharon with sophisticated architecture that would make Frank Lloyd Wright proud. Whatever the case, you cannot go wrong on the Automile. You have the majority of the dealerships within a few miles, as, for the most part, they compete against each other to give you the best price. This certainly experience made us more "driven" to buy a new car! Related articles and resources: Massachusetts travel information Book a hotel in Norwood, MA, at discount rates
